I'm very familiar with pressure cooking, as I was introduced to them via my mother years ago. In those days it was the biggest pot on the shelf. And now this little thing was introduced to me, so now at 70 years old I live on my own and a small pressure cooker makes best sense. But anyone buying one should be aware that cooking times are much less, so when you get that bit worked out... it's a win win situation, less time less gas but fantastic food.
